Job Scope
- Attending to inbound calls, live chats and emails
- Respond to customers’ general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Assist and resolve customers’ inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly
Requirements
- Minimum SPM education level
- 6 months and above experience in Customer Service (Telco Preferred)
- Must be able to speak and write Mandarin fluently
