Customer Service Executive (Immigration Specialist)

We're looking for a proactive, client-focused Immigration Specialist to guide clients through their Singapore Permanent Residency and Citizenship applications. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing documentation, tracking cases, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely submissions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their application journey.
