Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and website chat.
Assist customers with product selection, sizing guidance, order placement, and styling-related queries.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the WomanLikeU brand.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, e-commerce support, or retail customer care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
