Customer Service Engineer - Refrigeration (m/w/d)

Will perform all maintenance and repair activities primarily on our Customers’ Controlled Temperature Units (CTU), intended as Freezers (down to -80°C), Refrigerators (-5°C), Incubators, Climatic Chambers, etc.

All activities will be performed in a GxP regulated environment and may require access to EHS regulated areas (e.g. ATEX, work at height, potent compound).

• temperature mapping and support to qualification
• maintenance and calibration
• diagnose, test, and repair
• cleaning and decontamination
• Customer’s material handling
• GxP record of performed activities in Customer’s CCMS/SMMS systems in line with ALCOA+ principles
