Customer Service Engineer

Position: Customer Service Engineer - Johannesburg, South Africa

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager - Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

• Execute established Malvern Panalytical Support Group procedures.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Timely execute assigned service orders.
• Act as an ambassador of customer support excellence on site, diagnose problems and repair systems.
• Provide necessary training to customers.
• Manage tools and stock.
• Travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or comparable.
• Flexible, customer-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
