Customer Service cum Sales (Retail)

Location: Balestier Road (Near Novena MRT)
Employment Type: Full-time

SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,800 per month + Sales Commission

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 5-day work week (Rest Days: Sunday & Monday), or
• 6-day work week (Rest Day: Monday)
• Alternative rest day arrangements may be considered based on operational requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers.
• Introduce and recommend products based on customers' needs.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up where required.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised retail environment.
• Support daily store operations and work towards sales targets.
