Roles And Responsibilities

• Customer & Field Engineer Coordination
  • Serve as a central point of contact between healthcare professionals (e.g., radiographers, clinicians) and our client’s Field Service Engineers.
  • Manage service requests, schedule maintenance and repairs, and coordinate parts logistics.
