Customer Service Controller (CSD Controller) – Logistics

Requirements Proven experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry (critical) Strong knowledge of imports, exports, and container handling Hands-on experience with the Navis system and port operations Ability to work under pressure and handle long working hours Strong communication and client relationship skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously Team player with a proactive and energetic attitude High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in this field is critical Key Responsibilities: Communicate with existing clients daily to secure new shipments and deliveries Provide continuous updates on shipment progress, delays, and delivery status Maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and feedback Plan daily shipments and deliveries in line with company procedures Coordinate container movements for imports and exports Ensure all planning is executed accurately and timeously Work closely with operations, ...
