Clerk – Accounting, Customer Service, Operations
Location & Work Arrangement
Office based in Medellín, Colombia. This position requires in‑person work and is not offered remotely or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects through independent internet searches, databases, directories, and self‑generated lead lists.
- Set appointments for businesses interested in RPGL services and influence them to purchase logistics solutions by addressing their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of contact information, names, addresses, and follow‑ups using Salesforce CRM.
- Perform heavy phone outreach, making over 150 calls per day and generating instant rapport with prospects.
- Adapt to various situations and personalities, handling rejection professionally.
- Act as a self‑starter with a positive attitude, self‑motivated to learn and grow within the role.
