The Customer Service Associate I (ADPI) is responsible for the processing of inbound purchase orders in an efficient and accurate manner through multiple sources: Fax, Email, Esker Fax Automation, EDI (Electronic Data Interface), salesforce.com (CRM) and customer PO portals.
