What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
You will be the first point of contact for customers in North America and the United Kingdom. Your responsibilities include answering queries via phone, chat and/or email, handling order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues.
