About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to support our Customer Service Team. This role focuses on data creation, entry and documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations by handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
Assist in data creation, data entry and maintenance of customer jobs and records in internal system
Support Customer Service team in processing orders, service requests, and related documentation
Handle basic customer inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms in a prompt and professional manner, and direct them to the relevant personnel when required
Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation and report generation
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data entries and records
Coordinate with internal departments to support customer service operations
Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the team
