To perform Customer Service Operations from all order (sales/SDI/contract/service processing till invoicing
Logistic (Shipping & local transportation)
Customer Service Administrative/report/data submission
Employee no. creation.
Report error to related party regarding time entry matters and any related matter to time entry.
WOS / SVO records, update & filing.
Scan & email to Sarawak Engineer and distribute to assignee / PIC.
Involved in parts ordering.
