Job Summary

Manage customer orders and enquiries, handle cargo documentation, coordinate with customer and operations teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with client procedures and preparing regular reports.

Responsibilities

. Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes to meet delivery schedules

. Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, timely sales quotations

. Manage customer requests efficiently to maintain smooth service operations

. Prepare and handle cargo documentation for import, export, and local trucking shipments

. Close job files monthly to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting

. Liaise and coordinate with drivers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of goods
