CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday only — no weekends, no shift work
A friendly, supportive small-team environment
A role with genuine scope to develop as the business grows
On-site parking
Working hours: 08:00–16:30

Our client is a growing logistics and fulfilment business based in Warwick, providing specialist services to a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. With a friendly, close-knit office team of 10, they are expanding rapidly and have created this brand-new role to support their growing client base.
This is a permanent, fully office-based position. No hybrid or remote working.

As a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator you will:

Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact for our client's fashion and lifestyle customers
