We make The Popper — a premium stainless-steel stovetop popcorn maker that landed on Oprah's Favorite Things, earned 85,000+ five-star reviews, and sits on the counters of people who refuse to settle. We're a $4M+ DTC brand scaling fast through Shopify, Williams-Sonoma, Crate & Barrel, and Nordstrom, and we're building the team that takes us to $7M and beyond.

This is a front-line role. You are the voice of Popsmith to our customers — in their inbox, in our ads, and in our community spaces. We're not looking for someone who processes tickets. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares, moves fast, and can make a stranger on the internet feel like they belong to something.
