RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist shoppers and manage loyalty, rewards, and redemption programs
- Support mall events and promotions, including weekends
- Handle general admin tasks and lost & found items
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Able to commit for 3/6 months
- Well-presented, proactive, and demonstrates a positive attitude in customer interactions
