Responsible for ensuring customer service excellence, accuracy and efficiency for fleet services to an 

exceptionally high standard. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet our customers upon their checkin & checkout to maintain a good and professional relationship with customers. 
• Collect and deliver vehicles between car parks and other locations upon request. 
• Make sure customers have all personal belongings from the vehicle. 
• Check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report....
