What Youll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for Skyro customers 40d 448 providing helpful, friendly, and timely support.
- Communicate via SMS, chat, phone, email, and social media to resolve a variety of customer concerns.
- Analyze and investigate more complex cases, even handling offline coordination when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast and accurate solutions.
- Maintain a balance between casual and professional tone to match Skyros brand.
- Log key customer interactions and share insights to help improve internal processes.
- Take on other tasks and support projects as needed we grow together!
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors degree in any field (required).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- A typing speed of at least 50 WP...
