As a Customer Service Agent you will support our customers to ensure the quality of the services provided through different channels (email, phone, etc).
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers: follow‑up after their service or product experience to ensure they’re happy and gather feedback.
- Solve problems & answer questions.
- Drive customer satisfaction: collect insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with teams.
- Upsell with ease: recommend products or services that match customer needs.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (native or advanced) with strong English communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills on phone and written messages.
- Build rapport with customers.
