Customer Service Advisor role:
Permanent, full-time Inbound Sales Advisor role. Handling inbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, processing enquiries and supporting customers to a resolution. Building rapport, maintaining accurate records and working towards individual and team performance targets while following company procedures.
You will need:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
* To place our customers at the heart of every interaction and be the voice of our customer
