Making outbound calls to existing members to support renewals and retention.Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries professionally.Promoting the benefits and services available to members.Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.Working towards individual and team targets.Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries.What We're Looking For:
