Customer Service Administrator
£35,000 - £40,000 basic + pension, private medical, 25 days holiday + wellness days
Our client is a well-established technology led manufacturer of innovative electrical/ electronic systems that are sold successfully throughout the world.
As a customer service administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales support. Based from the Slough office, you will work closely with the sales team to provide product information and order processing for regular orders, monitoring the delivery schedules and backorders, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, updating the CRM system and assisting in creating marketing materials for the business development managers.
With a ‘can do’ attitude you will be dealing with customer enquiries by email or phone dealing with sales orders through quotations and to delivery. You will also be involved in proactively chasing up old orders w...
