We have partnered with a Manufacturer in Florence KY to lead a search for a Newly Created Customer Service Administrator role

Customer Service Administrator

Provides technical support to our customers and are expected to develop a working knowledge of our core products.

Professionally represent the company to our customers with the knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need.

There a 95/5 split between office work and warehouse requirements that includes inventory counts, organization, and shipping orders as needed.

Issue quotes with appropriate lead times

Receive customer orders

Communicate the scheduling of production
