We are looking for a data-driven, creative and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist (Interim) to join our E‑Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ.

This is a temporary position designed to support our E‑Commerce team during a transitional period. The role is key to optimizing the consumer journey and strengthening long‑term relationships with our customers across multiple digital channels. You will play a critical role in increasing customer loyalty, driving repeat purchases and maximizing customer lifetime value through CRM and retention strategies.
