**Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:**
+ $24.00 per hour
+ Saturday and Sunday 3-4 hours each day

+ **Must be available for onsite training that will take place during weekdays.**
**What’s a typical day as a Customer Resolution Specialist? You’ll be:**
+ Monitor Social Media platforms; including, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram
+ Manage high traffic promoted ads
+ Determine if response can be made on the public “wall” or needs to be taken offline to be handled
+ Respond to all postings from consumer within 24 hours
+ Log any reported Product Complain...
