*Process customer orders & ensure timely deliveries - Prepare all associated documentation: Order Acknowledgements, Picking Slips, Delivery Dockets and Invoices*Add all orders to Planner (Internal Order Tracking & Order preparation system)*Liaise with all customers regarding their order status, queries, discrepancies.*Complete consistent sales procedures, processes & documentation (includes use of SalesForce (CRM) to record customer updates, tasks and cases.*Complete key Sales Admin Procedures including weekly review for Incoming stock & stock ordering requirements (encompasses back order needs with Logistics).*Liaise with Warehouse as required including meeting truck pickup s...
