Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in CRM system management and data maintenance.
- Support the execution of email, push, and WhatsApp campaigns, as well as customer satisfaction surveys and onboarding programs.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Document CRM processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives.
- Support customer engagement initiatives across multiple touchpoints.
- Help analyze customer trends and behaviors to inform strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
