About You & the Role

As a Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) , you’ll help clients open and close accounts, guide them through savings and investment products, and ensure all documentation and procedures are properly completed.

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, bills, and loan payments
• Open and close accounts while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Provide clear guidance on savings and investment products
