Customer Order Management Representative

In your new role you will:

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery ensuring ontime in full fulfilment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues and secure smooth order and delivery flows.
• Ensure that customer‑specific documentation and compliance requirements are met and that regional stock/warehouse activities are well aligned.
• Take responsibility as key user for Order Management processes and systems providing first‑level support, creating training materials and supporting testing and rollouts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives in Order Management and SC&L Dubai.

What You Offer
