Primary Responsibilities
Order Handling:
Coordinate with factories to ensure timely availability of manufactured goodsProcure local sourced goods & service for resaleFollow up on order blocks and releaseHandle escalations and track open issuesSend/upload tax invoice to customer portalHandle product returns, replacements and exchangesLogistics:
Schedule shipments and arrange transportation, working closely with third party carriers to ensure timely deliveriesVerify shipping documents and track order statusCustoms clearance (Import & Export)Pick, pack label and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements, ensuring items are properly handled and packaged for transport (physical handling included)Inspect products for damage or defects before shippingEnsure that all orders meet company quality standards and custome...
