Responsibilities
- Provide tailored services for paid implementation clients including consulting, building, and graphic design
- Offer creative direction and problem-solving via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
- Curate the onboarding journey to ensure apps pass internal review within six weeks
- Perform quality assurance reviews on client apps
- Collaborate with the team on new projects to improve client experience
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
