Main responsibilities
Owns operational master data management, including data creation and maintenance, mainly in SAP ERP and other relevant systemsManages and creates master data for all products in SAP/M2 and other systems, ensuring timely product launches and accurate updatesMaintains material and pricing master data, ensuring compliance with corporate, SOX, and GDP standardsConducts GDP Bona Fide checks on all customers as part of the account creation process and performs regular checks on MHRA lists for revoked licensesManages CD import licenses accurately and on time to prevent supply issuesCoordinates with neighboring functions to optimize lead time for critical master data updatesEnsures data quality in systems, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the company’s data backbone for future growthRegularly performs audit controls, acts as the key contact for auditors, and independently...
