**ROLE PURPOSE:**

Support customer marketing and operations for the West Chain Retail business, helping convert brand, category, and customer plans into timely execution, broker coordination, materials, and operational follow-through.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Coordinate customer marketing and operational execution for West chain retail customers and broker partners.
+ Support activation calendars, customer materials, planogram/merchandising inputs, launch readiness, and execution trackers.
+ Partner with KAMs, Category Manager, Marketing, CSP, Supply, Finance, and brokers to resolve issues and maintain execution discipline.
