We are seeking a customer‑oriented individual to join our company as a Customer Loyalty Specialist. As a valued member of our team you will be responsible for contacting new customers shortly after onboarding to introduce the company, confirm policy details and ensure a smooth start.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer welcome calls and identify any early concerns or needs.
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to new customers.
- Educate clients about their insurance policies, introduce company services, features and support channels.
- Verify customer information and onboarding details.
- Identify customer needs and escalated complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Collect feedback to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
