JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a customer‑oriented individual to join our company as a Customer Loyalty Specialist. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting new customers shortly after onboarding to introduce the company, confirm policy details and ensure a smooth start. Your primary focus will be to conduct customer welcome calls and identify any early concerns or needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to new customers
