Customer Lifecycle Strategist

Our Clients is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Analyst in Taguig. This role involves analyzing customer journeys, developing strategies to enhance customer loyalty, and ensuring accurate data management within CRM systems.

Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years experience in CRM or customer analytics and be knowledgeable in SQL, Python, or R. The position is on-site with a Monday to Friday schedule.
