Customer Liaison Officer: Sales & Marketing

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Liaison Officer: Sales & Marketing to support sales operations, manage customer relationships, process orders and claims, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Certificate in Customer Service, Marketing, Exports, or related field (NQF 5).


• Up to 3 years' customer service or customer liaison experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.


• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
