Customer Experience & Product Specialist

Apple Retail in Geneva is seeking a Customer Specialist who builds brand loyalty by delivering an exceptional service experience and by asking questions to tailor recommendations. You will stay informed about Apple products and purchasing options, and you will educate customers on how to buy and use products.
