Inspired is delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation in the education and assessment sector to recruit a Customer Experience Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and embed a customer-first culture within a respected international organisation. Working closely with senior leaders across Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing, you'll lead the review and transformation of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints.
