Customer Experience Data & Ops Intern

Emma Sleep in Mexico City is seeking a recent engineering graduate to join our team and help improve the customer experience across cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with the Contact Center, maintain our Knowledge Base, and support KPI reporting.
