ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Customer Development Manager of Heineken Philippines shall be responsible for developing business opportunities between the company and assigned key accounts with specific responsibilities in business development, operations management, resource planning, and execution of programs and PICOS.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Management and development of long-term business relationships with key accounts, with particular focus on supermarket chains and convenience stores.
- Acts as the Company’s Point of Contact with the assigned key accounts. Communicates changes and new programs to accounts
- Conducts Sell-In and discusses business initiatives and strategies with accounts to ensure Sell-Out
