Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets, accelerate growth, and enhance market penetration.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, hospitals, optical retailers, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits, deliver impactful product presentations, and tailor solutions to address customer needs and business opportunities.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new customers to expand market coverage and drive incremental sales growth.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate market intelligence, including customer insights, competitive activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
