Responsibilities
- Contribute to ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing, international organization with 24/7 operations.
- Implement, maintain and deploy customer applications and support technical complex deployments.
- Provide excellent customer support, requiring planning, communication, and technical skills.
- Assist the team in day-to-day operations.
- Analyze and resolve customer incidents, which may occur outside office hours or during weekends.
- Work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations.
