Customer Delivery Driver/Picker

Job Overview

This position is 16 hours per week, any 4 in 6 days including bank holidays. The role is predominantly in coldstore picking orders, with occasional driving. The driver delivers frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals, interacting with customers, and works at a -20°C coldstore with protective clothing and breaks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner
• Pick orders within the coldstore
• Use the app to update customer deliveries
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Undertake pre‑shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Help the office team and picking team when required
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
