Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review and respond to customer contract redlines related to service terms, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations.
  • Assess contract risks and recommend compliant alternatives when necessary.
  • Draft clear and customer-friendly responses to contract requests.
  • Maintain and update contract response repositories and supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate product eligibility for support agreement renewals.
  • Review product versions, configurations, serial numbers, and lifecycle status.
  • Identify gaps such as end-of-support products, non-standard configurations, or unsupported devices.
  • Recommend remediation options, including upgrades, substitutions, or alternative support solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, Technical Teams, Contracts, and Quoting teams to ensure accurate service setup.
