Review and respond to customer contract redlines related to service terms, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations.Assess contract risks and recommend compliant alternatives when necessary.Draft clear and customer-friendly responses to contract requests.Maintain and update contract response repositories and supporting documentation.Evaluate product eligibility for support agreement renewals.Review product versions, configurations, serial numbers, and lifecycle status.Identify gaps such as end-of-support products, non-standard configurations, or unsupported devices.Recommend remediation options, including upgrades, substitutions, or alternative support solutions.Collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, Technical Teams, Contracts, and Quoting teams to ensure accurate service setup.Support entitlement setup and accurate contract execution.Monitor...
