Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our customer service team on a part‑time and fixed‑term contract covering parental leave and high season. In this role you will handle inquiries from Edenred’s corporate customers, primarily by phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, reliable service via phone and electronic channels during customer service opening hours
• Deliver high quality, efficient customer service in line with set targets
• Add value to our customer groups and encourage the use of self-service channels
• Identify cross-sell opportunities according to targets
