We are seeking Customer service Representatives for a Business Process Outsourcing client (BPO) who offers tailored solutions to drive efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction to optimize operations while ensuring seamless customer interactions.



Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide product support, troubleshooting, and after-sales assistance.
Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets until resolution.
Collect customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide remote support and guidance via video calls when required.


Requirements
College diploma/degree or higher.
Fluent in English and French (B2/C1 level or above) with excellent communication skills.
