Yuh is looking for a Working Student Customer Care Representative who will support our team in being the main link between Yuh and our clients.

You will answer their questions, solve their issues, and guide them through their financial journey, while gaining valuable insights into customer care in a modern Swiss banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in‑app messaging) and delivering a professional, friendly, solution‑oriented customer experience.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and reliable support related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring a high level of service quality.
