Customer Care Officer/ Executive (Sales) (1-year Contract)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Working Days and Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8.30am to 6.00pm

Location of work: Somerset or Tuas

1-month completion bonus upon completing 1 year contract.

• Drive growth in Residential and Small Commercial segments by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Sell Residential and Small Commercial solutions across various channels such as hotline, online, or in-person.
• Assist with account servicing tasks during peak periods as needed.
• Support the development and implementation of new digital initiatives to adapt to market changes.
